New Export Update: All Equipment for Deba Brothers’s Nigeria Pig Farm Project Packed and Ready for Container Loading

Deba Brothers Company's new round tube gestation pen features a reversible rear door design similar to the classic farrowing crate. The rear door can be turned up to widen the aisle by 420 mm, which not only allows the pigs to have room for movement but also facilitates the staff to chase pigs and other work activities.

Recently, all livestock equipment under the large, standardized pig farm order from Deba Brothers’s Nigerian client has finished production, quality inspection and full packaging. Container loading work is now underway at the factory logistics zone. The complete set of pig farming machinery will soon be shipped to Nigeria in West Africa, marking another major delivery milestone for our company’s large-scale pig farm projects across Africa.

The cooperating client is a well-established large-scale pig breeding enterprise with years of experience in Nigeria’s swine industry. The client previously paid an on-site visit to our manufacturing base, touring the full production lines including automated hydraulic stamping, robotic welding and full hot-dip galvanizing workshops. They tested core products such as lift sow farrowing crates, gestation stalls, nursery pens, feeding systems and ventilation temperature control equipment in person. All metal pen frames adopt thickened steel plates and full hot-dip galvanizing treatment to greatly boost rust resistance and ageing durability. Special protective measures are adopted during packaging for long ocean transportation: all metal components are wrapped in moisture-proof and anti-rust film, precision accessories are sealed in separate wooden crates, and large pen frames are lined with buffer pads. These measures effectively avoid collision damage and rust caused by bumpy voyages and humid sea conditions, ensuring goods arrive intact at Nigerian ports.

At present, container loading proceeds in orderly fashion. Forklift operators and loading staff work in coordination, while administrators count and cross-check equipment lists to arrange cargo layout rationally inside containers. All goods are firmly strapped to maximize space utilization. Teams from foreign trade, quality control and logistics follow the whole process, verifying product categories and quantities in real time and completing all customs declaration and ocean shipping paperwork to guarantee on-time delivery.
