Deba Brothers is a leading China Pipe Type Gestation Stall manufacturers, suppliers and exporter. Gestation crates regulate sow activity space and control and can effectively reduce the number of pigs required and maximize the use of house space. The product uses the whole hot galvanization craft, and service life is more than 20 years. Deba Brothers Company's new round tube gestation pen features a reversible rear door design similar to the classic farrowing crate. The rear door can be turned up to widen the aisle by 420 mm, which not only allows the pigs to have room for movement but also facilitates the staff to chase pigs and other work activities.
Recently, all livestock equipment under the large, standardized pig farm order from Deba Brothers’s Nigerian client has finished production, quality inspection and full packaging. Container loading work is now underway at the factory logistics zone. The complete set of pig farming machinery will soon be shipped to Nigeria in West Africa, marking another major delivery milestone for our company’s large-scale pig farm projects across Africa.
The cooperating client is a well-established large-scale pig breeding enterprise with years of experience in Nigeria’s swine industry. The client previously paid an on-site visit to our manufacturing base, touring the full production lines including automated hydraulic stamping, robotic welding and full hot-dip galvanizing workshops. They tested core products such as lift sow farrowing crates, gestation stalls, nursery pens, feeding systems and ventilation temperature control equipment in person. Highly impressed by our 16 years of R&D and manufacturing expertise, anti-corrosion craftsmanship and custom design capacity, the client finally placed a full turnkey order for complete pig farm supporting equipment.
Considering Nigeria’s unique hot, humid, rainy and salt-fog climate, our technical team customized targeted product solutions. All metal pen frames adopt thickened steel plates and full hot-dip galvanizing treatment to greatly boost rust resistance and ageing durability. Lift farrowing crates, slatted floors, automatic feeders and heat preservation devices are tailored to match the local farm scale and breeding habits, balancing production efficiency and animal welfare while solving key pain points prevalent in local pig production: high piglet crushing mortality, fragile equipment and soaring labor costs.
From drawing confirmation, raw material cutting, semi-finished machining to finished assembly, our production team enforces multi-layer strict quality checks. Every batch undergoes tests on load bearing, anti-rust performance, dimensional accuracy and lift system stability to prevent defective goods from leaving the factory. Special protective measures are adopted during packaging for long ocean transportation: all metal components are wrapped in moisture-proof and anti-rust film, precision accessories are sealed in separate wooden crates, and large pen frames are lined with buffer pads. These measures effectively avoid collision damage and rust caused by bumpy voyages and humid sea conditions, ensuring goods arrive intact at Nigerian ports.
At present, container loading proceeds in orderly fashion. Forklift operators and loading staff work in coordination, while administrators count and cross-check equipment lists to arrange cargo layout rationally inside containers. All goods are firmly strapped to maximize space utilization. Teams from foreign trade, quality control and logistics follow the whole process, verifying product categories and quantities in real time and completing all customs declaration and ocean shipping paperwork to guarantee on-time delivery.
The pig breeding industry is expanding rapidly in West Africa’s Nigeria, where local farmers have growing demand for durable, high-quality complete pig farming equipment. As a source manufacturer with independent R&D, mass production and one-stop custom services, Deba Brothers has long cultivated African markets. We have delivered full pig farm equipment to clients in Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Ghana and other countries, building solid industry reputation through consistent product quality and comprehensive after-sales support.
The entry into container loading phase for this Nigerian project reflects deep trust from overseas partners in our products and services and represents a key breakthrough in our expansion into West Africa’s livestock equipment sector. Moving forward, Deba Brothers will keep optimizing product lines adapted to African climatic conditions, upgrading supporting services including overseas installation guidance, spare parts supply and remote technical assistance. We will keep delivering standardized and customized overall pig farm solutions suited to global regions, further expanding our international footprint and helping more overseas large-scale pig farms cut costs, raise efficiency and lift overall PSY performance.
