Factory Production Introduction

Our factory implements strict quality control in production. Below is an introduction to the production process of our Gestation Sow Feeder.

First, we select stainless-steel sheets of 1.5 mm thickness and cut them into components such as back plates by cutting process, then remove burrs. After deburring, argon-arc welding is adopted for operations like mounting base welding, followed by re-grinding after welding.

Once the main body is assembled, small parts including bolts, nuts and gaskets are installed, and we check whether they rotate smoothly. Finally, further grinding and cleaning are carried out. We inspect the appearance and measure product dimensions for any deviation. Qualified products are wrapped with protective film to avoid dust contamination.

Product Packing & Shipment

Each Gestation Sow Feeder is wrapped inside to avoid collision and scratches. The products are packed in plywood crates on pallets, and the complete pallets are loaded into containers for ocean transportation.
