Southeast Asian Customers Discuss Complete Layer Cage and Automatic Egg Collection Solution

A customer team from Southeast Asia recently visited Debabrother to discuss a complete solution for layer cage equipment and an automatic egg collection system. The customer's farm plans to build a new three-tier layer house with a capacity of about 20,000 birds. Based on the site dimensions and stocking density requirements, our technical team redesigned the cage layout and compared the ventilation and lighting performance of stepped and stacked arrangements in detail, finally selecting a stacked cage system integrated with automatic drinking, automatic manure removal and an egg collection conveyor.

The two sides also confirmed the delivery period, container loading method and on-site installation guidance item by item. The customer said that Debabrother's solution balances investment budget and long-term operating efficiency, and they look forward to moving the cooperation forward so the new layer house can start production soon.
