African Customer Delegation Tours the Welding Workshop and Automatic Painting Line

A customer delegation from Africa recently visited the Debabrother plant, focusing on the welding workshop and automatic painting line. In the welding workshop, customers closely inspected the weld quality of pen frames, while engineers explained how automatic welding fixtures ensure dimensional consistency. The delegation then toured the shot-blasting and electrostatic painting line to learn about coating thickness control and adhesion testing, and spoke highly of the equipment's anti-corrosion performance.

During the tour, the two sides also discussed delivery periods, packaging standards and sea freight container loading plans for bulk orders. The customers said that seeing the production process gave them more confidence in Debabrother's product quality, and they will confirm order details soon to push the project forward.
